This is it…time to put in werk.

I am very proud to support the Workout to Conquer Cancer BC Challenge. As inconsistent as I am, I have pledged to move my body everyday in May in support of the BC Cancer Foundation. Even if I just go for a quick 30 minute walk, no excuses. This month I am making self-care (beyond healthy eating!) a priority.

Of course I am going to need a little musical motivation…so here it is. Lots of serious hip hop to make you feel like a boss.

As an added incentive, I am treating myself to a bunch of fun fitness classes around Vancouver. Stay tuned to my social media feeds and I will let you know where I will be so you can workout with me! Get out there folks!!
