I hate to be a dietitian cliche, but I love avocados so much. Creamy avocado makes almost every recipe better, and avocados are rich in healthy monounsaturated fats as well as being surprisingly high in fiber, to support gut health. Half an avocado contains almost 7 grams of fiber, as well as 487 mg of potassium for your heart in addition to folate. 

I love layering avocados into a salad or on a breakfast sandwich, blending them into a creamy sauce or tucking them into tostadas!
