  • Blender


  • 1 packed cup baby spinach or kale
  • 1 orange peeled
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup canned light coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • Freshly ground pepper


  • Place the spinach, orange, water, banana, coconut milk, ginger, turmeric, and pepper into the blender and blend until smooth.


If using a protein powder, adjust water as necessary to get desired consistency!
