  • Blender


  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground psyllium
  • 1 bottle Bio-K+ Mango Fermented Soy or Blueberry Rice
  • 1 1/4 cup water


  • Blend with a couple of ice cubes and enjoy!
