Banish the Bloat Smoothie

Servings: 1 smoothie
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
- 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground psyllium
- 1 bottle Bio-K+ Mango Fermented Soy or Blueberry Rice
- 1 1/4 cup water
