Ingredients

  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 3 tablespoons hemp hearts
  • 1 teaspoon psyllium husk
  • 1 ¼ cup water

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender with a couple of ice cubes and blend until smooth! If you need to sweeten, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup is low FODMAP.
