Instructions
Pulse dates and almonds in food processor to break them up into small pieces, then add the remaining ingredients.
Pulse until well blended with some ingredients still visible...you don't want a straight puree!
Roll into 12 balls and freeze/refrigerate!
Notes
Bonus Points: roll balls into finely shredded coconut, or a mixture of almond meal and cinnamon
