Ingredients

  • 10 medjool or deglet door dates
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup coconut manna
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • pinch of allspice and cardamom

Instructions

  • Pulse dates and almonds in food processor to break them up into small pieces, then add the remaining ingredients.
  • Pulse until well blended with some ingredients still visible...you don't want a straight puree!
  • Roll into 12 balls and freeze/refrigerate!

Notes

Bonus Points: roll balls into finely shredded coconut, or a mixture of almond meal and cinnamon
