This yummy mango banana smoothie is sweetly spiced with cardamom and cinnamon and gets a boost of hidden veggies from cauliflower…but it tastes like a treat!

Equipment

  • High Speed Blender or a strong bullet blender!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk I like vanilla
  • 1 cup mango chunks fresh or frozen
  • ½ medium banana fresh or frozen
  • cup finely chopped or riced cauliflower use up to 1/2 cup if you like!
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • teaspoon cinnamon

Optional

  • your favourite sweetener to taste, if your mango isn't sweet!

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 60 seconds, until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness with your favourite sweetener, if needed!
