Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil or other light tasting oil like almond
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • pinch lemon zest
