A couple of tips: one frozen element - either banana or cherries - makes this a yummier smoothie...but once you've blended you could also just throw a few ice cubes in there with a quick reblend to make it frosty!Oh, and this one would make fun smoothsicles, as we call them in our house. Just pour into popsicle molds and freeze!
