Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup watermelon fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • squeeze lime juice
  • tiny pinch salt

If fruit isn't sweet enough...

  • maple syrup or your fave sweetener to taste

Instructions

  • Place strawberries, watermelon, almond milk in blender with a tiny pinch of salt and a squeeze of lime. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  • Pour into two small glasses and enjoy!

Notes

Watermelon is high in FODMAPS, but if you're low FODMAP, make this with just strawberries and stick to the portion size for a low FODMAP option.
