I call this a blender juice because my awesome Blendtec liquefies so well it has the consistency of juice with all the precious fibre intact. You could juice this recipe too and if you have a standard blender, it's going to have a thicker texture, which is totally fine. Be patient and blend it really well; if it is still too fibrous for you, use a simple sieve to strain some of the fibre out. To your health!
