  • High Speed Blender see notes below if you don't have one!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy milk or your fave milk
  • 1 cup pitted cherries fresh or frozen
  • 1 small banana fresh or frozen
  • 2 inch diameter beet peeled and trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons hemp hearts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon don't skip it, it balances the earthiness

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend on high until very smooth, about 45-60 seconds.

Don't have a strong blender? Buy precooked beets and this smoothie will be a breeze!
