Overnight Oats

When you need a healthy breakfast for busy mornings, overnight oats are hard to beat. They take just minutes to make and give you a satisfying, grab-and-go meal packed with plant-based protein and fibre.

I’m a big fan of dessert-inspired flavours, black forest overnight oats and brownie batter overnight oats both with 20g of protein and no protein powder. All my overnight oats recipes are naturally gluten- and dairy-free, with low FODMAP options like grated carrot cake overnight oats.
