If you’ve given up on DIY veggie burgers because they take too long, I’ve got you. All of my veggie burger recipes are ready in 30 minutes or less, like cumin lime black bean burgers and 20 minute tofu burgers packed with plant-based protein.
You’ll also find elevated everyday sandwiches, from nostalgic (and low FODMAP!) tofu “egg” salad to filling chickpea tuna and a buffalo tofu wrap that might just count as a sandwich.
