Black beans

Black beans are so versatile… and incredibly good for you! Black beans boost a ton of fiber, 6 grams per half cup cooked, with 8 grams of plant-based protein. Looking for a mineral boost? Look no further: a half cup of black beans contains 1 mg of zinc and almost 2 mg of iron plus trace amounts of manganese, selenium and copper.
